Account Deletion Guide

At Agaram Matrimony, you have complete ownership of your personal data. If you decide to close your account and wipe out your profile records, you can do so directly from within the mobile app in just a few taps. There is no need to write emails or contact support to request deletion.

How to Delete Your Account (Steps)

Open & Login to the App

Open the Agaram Matrimony mobile application on your device and sign in using your verified mobile number.

Go to 'My Profile' or 'More'

Navigate to the navigation bar or the My Profile / More Options screen inside the app.

Select 'Delete Account'

Scroll to the bottom of the Profile Settings page and tap on the Delete Account option.

Confirm Deletion

Confirm the deletion prompt. This will immediately and permanently erase your matrimonial profile, messages, interests, matching parameters, and authentication data from our databases.

What Happens After Account Deletion?

  • All personal profile details (Name, Age, Education, Family backgrounds, Horoscopes) are permanently expunged.
  • Your device token (FCM) is deregistered so you will no longer receive any push notifications.
  • Your login authentication status is cleared.
  • This action is irreversible and your profile cannot be restored.
