Safety Standards & CSAE Policy

Agaram Matrimony is committed to providing a safe, secure, and respectful matrimonial environment. We maintain a zero-tolerance stance against any behavior that puts individuals—especially children—at risk of harm, abuse, or exploitation.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAE / CSAM

We maintain a strict, zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any attempt to share, upload, request, or engage in content related to CSAE or CSAM will result in:

• Immediate and permanent account ban without warning.
• IP address and mobile number blocking.
• Immediate reporting of the offending user, profile data, and activities to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate local law enforcement agencies.

2. Verification & Content Moderation

To keep our platform secure, we implement several safety layers:

• Verified Mobile Sign-ins: All profiles require mobile authentication to limit duplicate or anonymous accounts.
• Image Inspection: Profile photos and custom uploads are reviewed to ensure compliance with our family-friendly matrimonial standards.
• Profile Screening: Self-descriptions and match details are screened to filter out offensive language, commercial solicitation, and inappropriate behavior.

3. User Reporting Controls

Every matrimonial profile has a clear **"Report Profile"** button. If you observe any behavior, chats, or profile content violating these safety standards:

• Click **Report Profile** directly inside the app.
• Our security team reviews all user reports within 24 hours.
• Abusive accounts are permanently banned, and offending content is deleted.

4. Legal Compliance & Co-operation

We comply fully with child protection regulations worldwide, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act in India and federal guidelines in the United States. We proactively coordinate with authorities to prosecute abusers to the full extent of the law.
